Ancient History

Ancient History Sub-Department deals with the political units such as Sumer, Egypt, Akkad, Assyria, Babylon, Hittite, Urartu, Phyrig and Persian Empires in Anatolia, Greece and Mesopotamia regions through archaeological data and new studies. In addition to these geographies, Ancient History examines the primitive societies in the different continents of the world. Ancient History Sub-Department covers the period from pre-historic era to the migration of tribes.
