Vision

Samsun University History Department aims to train historians, who are open to scientific developments, and who can synthesize their knowledge with their creativity. Our department expects their students to examine and discuss historical events and facts with modern research techniques, and to follow the scientific developments in history and in other disciplines. Our vision is conducting qualified researches and publishing significant articles and books to serve universal and national scientific developments.
